Received a shiny new digital stylus pad as an early Christmas gift. It's really helped my drawing quite a bit now that they don't have to be put through that dreaded scanner.
I used to doodle a lot during elementary and junior high but I sort of fell out of it once I started high school. Recently a friend gave me her copy of Photoshop, so I started playing around with it. One thing led to another, and now I've remembered how much I used to enjoy drawing.
Oh, and I've managed to snag a copy of Defcon. For those of you who haven't heard about it, it's a global thermonuclear war simulator. Unsuprisingly the game's motto is 'Everybody Dies.' Maybe I'm just a megalomaniac at heart, but I love the game. There's nothing as satisfying as using a fleet of nuclear submarines to sneak past an enemy's defenses and kick them
